Winds in the region are non-existent and the temperature is generally cool with moderate variation. Precipitation is moderate, and the sky is partly cloudy.

The government as a whole is seen as surprisingly skillful. Officials in DeKingald are often seen as trustworthy and the policies are hated. The political influence of DeKingald in the region is steady due to riots in the region. In times of crisis, the population overcomes their differences.

DeKingald is ruled by Overlord Gloggurg Legnor. The Overlord has been in power for several decades and is despised by the people. There is violent opposition to the Overlord and policies. The right to rule was granted by foreign imposition, and that power is maintained through random violence.

When Kzor Ogrefury faced the monster, Kzor Ogrefury defeated Kyrgani Stormnon.
  • Long, long ago in a city far, far away, a devil named Thogtorg hunted the countryside. Some say that if you face her, you will never be seen again unless you return a lost possession.
