This modest small town is nominally populated (3,582/sq km), covers 0.34 square kilometers, and roughly has a diameter of 657 meters.

Flemrun has a Tropical Seasonal Forest climate, which is characterized by constant high temperatures and seasonal torrential rains, and has rainy and dry seasons. Winds in the region are mild and the temperature is generally hot with moderate variation. Precipitation is moderate, and the sky is clear.

Flemrun sees a binary star overhead: Uuxay, a large red star and Sixol, a massive yellow star. Flemrun also has a single moon: Elame, an average pale yellow moon. In the night sky, you see two celestial objects: a massive asteroid belt that has been around for time immemorial and a massive black hole that has been around for generations.

Flemrun is governed through a republic, where the people's elected representatives, not the people themselves, vote on legislation.. The government as a whole is seen as surprisingly skillful. Officials in Flemrun are often seen as the epitome corruption and the policies are ridiculed. The political influence of Flemrun in the region is steady due to a thwarted assassination attempt. In times of crisis, the population comes together and fights as one.

Flemrun is ruled by General Drodal Lightningring. The General has been in power far longer than should be allowed and is ridiculed by the people. There is peaceful opposition to the General and policies. The right to rule was granted by foreign imposition, and that power is maintained through a knowledgeable and just populace.

Laws are enforced by a grifters, but are loosely enforced. Justice is served by a council, with a common punishment being indentured servitude.
