  • Legends tell of Elartiyn's Sceptre, a cursed sceptre with the power to make someone speak the truth. It was never recovered.
  • Long, long ago in a city far, far away, the townsfolk of Lawlanding thrived. Things were good, but one day Khalzor ahn S'hooral the ghoul took a hostage and demanded a ransom. The townsfolk tried to kill Khalzor ahn S'hooral, but didn't get close. Along came a easily offended goblin named Tudog Gianthand, who was a skilled storyteller. Tudog had the thought to slay the ghoul by using magic to banish it. When Tudog Gianthand faced the ghoul, Tudog Gianthand banished Khalzor ahn S'hooral and rescued Lawlanding.
  • In the olden days, a Pooka haunted the town. Villagers say that the Pooka will ask a favor of you, then carry you away.
  • Way back when, the villagers of Alta Lidwood Falls lived in harmony. Things were peaceful, but one day an evil wizard named Mer'ith kidnapped a princess. The villagers tried to stop the wizard, but failed miserably. Along came a mindflayer named Wou'k'morn, who was a valiant knight. Wou'k'morn had an idea to slay the wizard by killing the wizard while she slept. When Wou'k'morn faced the wizard, Wou'k'morn banished Mer'ith.
