Harrard has a Temperate Deciduous Forest climate, which is characterized by warm and wet summers with mild and dry winters, and has prevernal, spring, summer, monsoon, autumn and winter seasons. Winds in the region are strong and the temperature is generally mild with little variation. Precipitation is minor, and the sky is continually overcast.

  • In the olden days, a witch stalked the field on gloomy days and was drawn towards those that wronged others. Folks say that the witch will ask a favor of you, then banish you if you are cruel.
  • In times past, the royals of Defdorf lived happily. Things were quiet, but one day a spirit named Yik took a hostage and demanded a ransom. The royals tried to kill Yik, but were caught. Along came a hero named Vessm, who was a valiant knight. Vessm had the thought to slay the spirit by using magic to banish it. When Vessm faced the spirit, Vessm defeated Yik and rescued Defdorf.
  • Long, long ago in a city far, far away, a witch wandered the woods. Folks say that the witch will ask a favor of you, then imprison you.
  • Way back when, an old woman frequented the region on gloomy days. Folks say that the old woman will sneeze three times, then sell you into slavery.
  • Legends tell of Bror's Cauldron, a legendary cauldron with the ability to solve any riddle. It has been lost for ages.
