Around town you'll hear the following legends:
  • In times past, a hag wandered the field. Villagers say that the hag will ask a favor of you, then give you a gift if you are nice.
  • Legends tell of Ghabal's Fiddle, a special fiddle with the knack to grant wishes. It was never recovered.
  • In the days of yore, the townsfolk of Hayvista thrived. Things were always nice, but one day an evil serial killer named Wat slayed a local hero. The townsfolk tried to stop the serial killer, but were caught. Along came a hero named Bon Triggerwink, who was an expert bowman. Bon had a plan to trick the serial killer by killing the serial killer while she slept. When Bon Triggerwink faced the serial killer, Bon Triggerwink defeated Wat and rescued Hayvista.
  • Long, long ago, the constable of LeHambford lived in peace. Things were good, but one day Bat the demon stole a priceless heirloom. The constable tried to kill Bat, but didn't get close. Along came a ogre named Pok Oakmane, who was an expert bowman. Pok had an idea to slay the demon by using magic to banish it. When Pok Oakmane faced the demon, Pok Oakmane defeated Bat and rescued LeHambford.
  • Legends tell of Wot's Beans, a special beans with the capability to summon demons. It mysteriously disappeared.
