This fertile small town is nominally populated (3,612/sq km), covers 0.36 square kilometers, and roughly has a diameter of 677 meters.

Dikrun has a Moist Subtropical climate, which is characterized by warm and wet summers with mild and wet winters, and has prevernal, spring, summer, monsoon, autumn and winter seasons. Winds in the region are strong and the temperature is generally cool with little variation. Precipitation is continual, and the sky is partly cloudy.

Dikrun sees a binary star overhead: Uux, an average yellow star and Sic, an average blue star. Dikrun also has a single moon: Elaro, a small briliant silver moon. In the night sky, you see two celestial objects: a massive nebula that has been around for all eternity and a massive nearby planet that has been around for millenia.

Visitors are greeted with a cracking wood partition that is 3 meters tall. The city wall protects the core 100% of the city, with 5 towers spread along the 2.34 kilometer wall.

Dikrun is governed through a dictatorship, where the ruler or small clique wield absolute power (not restricted by a constitution or laws). The government as a whole is seen as the pinnacle of inefficiency. Officials in Dikrun are often seen as crooked and the policies are revered. The political influence of Dikrun in the region is wasting away due to racial tensions. In times of crisis, the population comes together and fights as one.

Dikrun is ruled by Inquisitor Loaeras Wildbreaker. The Inquisitor has been in power for decades and is loved by the people. There is strong opposition to the Inquisitor and policies. The right to rule was granted by revolution, and that power is maintained through the acclaim of the nobles.

Laws are enforced by a police, but are loosely enforced. Justice is served by jurors, with a common punishment being indentured servitude.
