  • In times gone by, a spirit named Trobg frequented the countryside during the summer solstice. Villagers say that if you confront her, you will be stricken deaf.
  • In olden times, an old man hunted the woods once a year. Villagers say that the old man will sneeze three times, then eat you.
  • Legends tell of Thubgum's Goose, a unique goose with the ability to grant wishes. It disappeared after an attack by bandits.
  • In times past, the villagers of Saint Johnwood thrived. Things were peaceful, but one day an evil dragon named Thum Legbreaker destroyed a nearby village. The villagers tried to kill Thum Legbreaker, but were caught. Along came a sick hobgoblin named Rbunk Foulgloom, who was a skilled storyteller. Rbunk had an idea to slay the dragon by killing the dragon while he slept. When Rbunk Foulgloom faced the dragon, Rbunk Foulgloom banished Thum Legbreaker.
