Grandbert has a Tropical Seasonal Forest climate, which is characterized by constant high temperatures and seasonal torrential rains, and has rainy and dry seasons. Winds in the region are breezy and the temperature is generally unbearably hot with little variation. Precipitation is strong, and the sky is continually overcast.

Grandbert sees a binary star overhead: Lul, a large red star and Sik, a massive yellow star. Grandbert also has a single moon: Elale, an average bone white moon. In the night sky, you see two celestial objects: a massive nearby planet that has been around for time immemorial and a massive pulsar that has been around for generations.

The government as a whole is seen as effective overall. Officials in Grandbert are often seen as the epitome corruption and the policies are despised. The political influence of Grandbert in the region is negligible due to food shortages in the region. In times of crisis, the population comes together and fights as one.

  • In the olden days, a witch stalked the countryside during a full moon. Some say that the witch will ask a favor of you, then banish you if you are cruel.
  • In times gone by, the villagers of Clardorf lived happily. Things were good, but one day an evil devil named Khalzin fe Khalal slayed a local hero. The villagers tried to stop the devil, but were caught. Along came Trus Metalrender the hobgoblin, who was an expert bowman. Trus had a plan to trick the devil by making a wager with Khalzin fe Khalal. When Trus Metalrender faced the devil, Trus Metalrender banished Khalzin fe Khalal.
  • Long, long ago, the constable of Kentman thrived. Things were good, but one day a spirit named Toshnorgath Swiftstalker kidnapped a princess. The constable tried to kill Toshnorgath Swiftstalker, but failed miserably. Along came a hero named Khalssen ahn Ghezin, who was a valiant knight. Khalssen had a plan to trick the spirit by using magic to banish it. When Khalssen ahn Ghezin faced the spirit, Khalssen ahn Ghezin tricked Toshnorgath Swiftstalker.
  • Once upon a time, a wizard named Agrath roamed the countryside and was drawn towards murderers. Commoners say that if you hear him, you will never be seen again.
  • Legends tell of Bap's Mirror, a possessed mirror with the ability to solve any riddle. It was never recovered.
