Haariginne had the thought to slay the demon by making a wager with Kods Oozeslay. When Haariginne Meadowcaller faced the demon, Haariginne Meadowcaller killed the demon and rescued Edenhall.
  • Some time ago, the townsfolk of DeBruncreek Bay lived in harmony. Things were good, but one day Gozg the devil took a hostage and demanded a ransom. The townsfolk tried to kill Gozg, but were caught. Along came a hero named Rbet Oozemurder, who was a valiant knight. Rbet had a plan to trick the devil by killing the devil while she slept. When Rbet Oozemurder faced the devil, Rbet Oozemurder banished Gozg and was killed in the process.
  • Long, long ago in a city far, far away, a vampire named Rit hunted the town on gloomy days and was drawn towards murderers. People say that if you see him, you will be stricken deaf.
  • Long ago, a witch hunted the swamps. Commoners say that the witch will ask a favor of you, then imprison you.
