Blockrun has a Temperate Deciduous Forest climate, which is characterized by warm and wet summers with mild and dry winters, and has prevernal, spring, summer, monsoon, autumn and winter seasons. Winds in the region are non-existent and the temperature is generally chilly with moderate variation. Precipitation is minor, and the sky is partly cloudy.

Officials in Blockrun are often seen as trustworthy and the policies are praised. The political influence of Blockrun in the region is steadfast due to riots in the region. In times of crisis, the population turns against itself.

Blockrun is ruled by General Vothka. The General has been in power for decades and is despised by the people. There is public opposition to the General and policies. The right to rule was granted by revolution, and that power is maintained through vague threats and a constant state of fear.

Laws are enforced by a crime mobs, but are rarely enforced. Justice is served by a magistrate, with a common punishment being an eye for an eye.
